As a succesful business person, Karolin shared tips and ideas about marketing, customer service, and entrepreneurship.  This was especially important as most of the students listening have recently started their own business.

Some important messages from Karolin:

“Om att driva eget företag: de är jätteroligt, men man jobbar dygnet runt”/ To run a company is really fun, but you do work around the clock.

“Fokus, fokus, fokus – Vår styrelse säger alltid att vi måste ha ett tydligt fokus. Vi vill göra så mycket, men det går inte.”/ Focus, focus, focus – our board always says that we must have a clear focus.  We want to do verything, but that is not possible.

“Om att starta eget: “Man måste våga satsa” /When you start your own company, “You have to the courage”

“Passa på att berätta om ditt företag för alla du träffar, det är så du skapar dig kontakter” / Take the opportunity to tell about your company to everyone you meet.  This is how you gain contacts/a network.

Thanks so much to this dedicated VRG parent.  We really appreciated hearing about your experiences and were inspired by your enthusiasm.
