From May 6th to 11th, four VRG students (Frida Råhlander, Erik Lewenhaupt, Jacqueline Björklund, and Hanna Thunegård) participated in the 9th international Istanbul Youth Forum.
Students from all over the EU and Turkey met to discuss issues of importance such as minority integration, freedom of the press, foreign investment policy, the clash between austerity measure and the principles of the welfare state etc. Our students worked diligently throughout the session but also had time to experience Turkish culture and meet new friends from all over Europe.
