Role play as a final exam in History

rolespel1Instead of a traditional written exam, History students finished their studies on World War 1 with a role play where students played the roles of country leaders discussing important questions from that time period.

Students debate questions of conflict, as well as brainstorm possible solutions all from the perspective of “their country”.  During this round table discussion, students are assessed against the course criteria.

About kristylundstrom

I currently work as the Managing Director of Viktor Rydberg Schools. I am a student of learning. I am interested to see where it happens, when it happens, and how it happens. I am also a math and computer science teacher. I have lived in Belgium and in the USA. I really appreciate my multi-cultural environment - I believe it adds dynamics to our school.
